Netherlands is experiencing a visible change in climate as the country is becoming drier, wetter, hotter and the sea levels are rising.

To make Netherlands more resilient towards climate change the Dutch advisory council WKR stresses the importance of climate adaptation. In this report the council makes recommendations for the National Climate Adaptation Strategy, specifically highlighting spatial planning decisions and societal choices.
